We are preparing a full knowledge base. For now, these quick answers should help with the most common questions we receive.
- How current is the data shown in a lookup?
- Most WHOIS and DNS data is fetched live from upstream sources when you run a lookup. Cached results are noted in the interface and can be refreshed from the history page.
- Do I need an account to use every feature?
- Guest users can run single lookups. Multi-RDDS queries, saved preferences, and history syncing require signing in with an Argus Tool account.
- Can I export results?
- Exports are coming soon. For now you can copy individual records or take screenshots for reporting.
